1. Who we are, and what these terms cover

2. Using this store
You may browse and use this store for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Products, descriptions and prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
We take care over product descriptions and images, but images are illustrative and colours may display differently on different screens.
Prices and product details may change at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, or its description is materially wrong, we are not obliged to supply it at that price — see section 4, under which we may decline the order.
4. Orders — how a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy, not a completed purchase.
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the items in it. Your order is not accepted at that point, and no contract exists between us yet.
Any acknowledgement we send you — including an email confirming that your order has been received — is confirmation that we have your order, not acceptance of it. A contract between us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that the items have been dispatched, and only for the items named in that email.
We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time before dispatch, at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason. If we do, we will tell you by email.
Because no payment is taken when you order (section 5), a declined or cancelled order leaves nothing owing in either direction.
5. Payment
No payment is collected at the point of order. This store does not request or store card details at checkout.
You will not be charged for placing an order. If anything suggests otherwise to you, contact us at {{ CONTACT_EMAIL }} immediately, and also contact your bank or card issuer.
6. Delivery
Where an order is accepted and dispatched under section 4, we will tell you by email.
Any delivery date or timescale mentioned anywhere on this store is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Our shipping policy sets out how orders are handled.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Our Returns and Refunds policy forms part of these terms and explains what happens when an order is cancelled, and why no refund arises where no payment has been taken.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited or excluded by agreement, including any statutory right to cancel a distance contract. Where the law gives you a right that goes further than these terms, that right applies.

The content of this store — including text, images, logos and product descriptions — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view it and print or download extracts for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our permission.

10. Our responsibility to you

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
If we do not insist that you do something you are required to do under these terms, or delay in doing so, that does not mean we have given up any right against you.
These terms are between you and us. Nobody else has any right to enforce them.
13. Governing law
